To Whom It May Concern: 
I wanted to take a moment to thank John Cegalis at Sonrise Logistics and Admiral Merchants for an outstanding job on the G450 wing assembly transfer from Dallas to Nashville, TN.  All the way down from John, to the drivers this job was done with the utmost professionalism, respect and courtesy.

The incumbent carrier was Land Star.  They have been the customers carrier of choice for many years.  Even with a little internal political battle we were able to secure the business.  I was in the yard in Dallas 3 days of the move and can not emphasize enough the impression the drivers and equipment made on my customer.

We are quoting on another large project currently and I believe that the performance on the G450 project will not only help us secure this next piece of business, but future business as well.

In the trucking business, good drivers that are knowledgeable, courteous, on time and professional are very hard to come by.  Clarence Winget, Lynn Dennis, Jerry and Marcy Ketterer and Bill Hand all did a fantastic job.  Clarence especially went over and above the call of duty by hanging around…making sure he was the last one loaded, offering help when possible and generally making sure the customer was happy and satisfied.

The Admiral Merchants team is outstanding and has earned our loyalty and has our many thanks.
